Protocol is the whole job

A corporate opening with a government minister in attendance is not a bigger version of a company party. It runs on a protocol order that is not yours to set: who is received at the door and by whom, the sequence of the doa, which names are announced and in what order, who is seated where, and where each principal stands in the photograph.

Add a foreign ambassador and a second protocol applies alongside the first. Get the order wrong and the mistake is visible to everyone in the room who matters.

We run the protocol brief with your corporate communications team, confirm it against the guest of honour's office where required, and rehearse the escort route so that nothing on the day is being worked out in the moment.

Corporate openings

Office, laboratory, showroom and facility openings share a production problem: the building is the product, and the ceremony has to route a large group through it without losing them. That means a defined tour path, a briefed host at each station, and a plaque or ribbon moment placed where the photograph shows the space rather than a backdrop.

What that involves

  • Protocol document and run-of-show — cleared with your comms team and the VIP's office
  • Arrival, reception and escort — sequenced by seniority
  • Plaque, ribbon or unveiling mechanism — fabricated and rehearsed
  • Facility tour routing — stations, hosts, timings, and a compression plan
  • Bilingual emcee, AV, live sound and translation where needed
  • Media handling — registration, press positions, interview corner
  • Photography and videography briefed on the required official frames

Press conferences and media events

Media events are judged on coverage, so they are built backwards from the outlets' deadlines. Everything follows from that: the announcement lands early enough to file, the photo opportunity is staged where the light and the backdrop both work, and the interview corner is close enough that journalists use it instead of leaving.

We handle accreditation and registration, the media kit hand-off, and the post-event photo package your communications team distributes.

Partnership and signing ceremonies

MoU signings, partnership unveilings and joint announcements are short events with a single required photograph: both principals, both logos, the document visible. The production exists to make that image work — table dressing, backdrop lockup, seating height, and a rehearsed hand-off of the pen and the folder.

Common questions

Can you handle ministerial protocol?

Yes. We produce events attended by ministers, deputy ministers, state exco members and royalty, and we work to the protocol order supplied by the guest of honour's office rather than improvising one.

Do you work in Bahasa Malaysia?

Yes — bilingual emcee, bilingual run-of-show, and bilingual signage as standard where the guest list requires it.

Can you produce for a foreign parent company?

Yes. We regularly work with Malaysian subsidiaries of international groups, and with their overseas head office in the approval loop.

What about launches and ceremonies?

Product and property launches are on the launches page; groundbreaking and topping-out ceremonies are on the ceremonies page.

Who is the guest of honour?

Tell us that and the date, and we will come back with a protocol order and a run-of-show.
